If your initial application is promising, we will invite you to spend a day with us at one of our offices. Through interviews and case studies, we will try to determine whether or not you would do well in the role of a McKinsey consultant and a member of Asia House. When evaluating candidates, we place great value not only on intellectual excellence, leadership capabilities, and motivation, but also on personal integrity, ethical standards, and team skills.
For you, the recruiting day is a chance to experience the job up close and meet some of the colleagues working at McKinsey and the Asia House. It will also help you decide whether a career with McKinsey is really for you.
If we decide to pursue the relationship further, we will invite you to a final interview with one of our partners. The partner will weigh the opinions of those who have already met you, just as much as his or her own impressions, and decide whether we will make you an offer (in either Frankfurt or Paris).
