Since its inception in September 2004, Asia House has grown from primarily a Chinese-German office to a people development program focusing on consultants transferring from McKinsey Asian offices after 12-24 months of experience. It provides Asian consultants the opportunities to work under a global setup.

We focus on mobility. The Asia House is hosting high-performing transferees for a duration of 12 to 18 months.
