McKinsey offers two things, which I value most: exciting colleagues, who are highly professional and fun to work with, as well as the opportunity to work on the industry leaders' most challenging problems. That's why I originally joined McKinsey's and stayed. I joined Asia House because it is McKinsey at its best: interesting people from all around the world, all very different, and at the same time sharing the same professional values and fun to be with. It is the ultimate reflection of today's globalizing society.
Take me as an example: while my current clients are headquartered all over Europe (Germany, France, and Switzerland), I also had the chance to work in Asia on several occasions.
