The European Asia House, also referred to as Asia House, is a new, distinctive element of McKinsey's client service, providing advice and support bridging Asian opportunities and European transformation. Since its inception in September 2004, Asia House has grown from primarily a Chinese-German office to one of around ten nationalities. Located in the economic hub of continental Europe, it serves clients throughout Asia and Europe, with additional projects in the Middle East, Pacific Rim, and North America.

Asia House Frankfurt is one of more than 80 office locations of McKinsey worldwide. McKinsey's German Office, which is the biggest regional office of McKinsey worldwide, provides strong support to Asia House in areas ranging from practice knowledge to mentorship of junior consultants.

Frankfurt is conveniently the largest travel hub in Europe and is regarded as the most international city in Germany. With its large Asian community and high percentage of English-speakers, Frankfurt is also particularly well-suited for expatriates.

Asia House was established through the joint efforts of European and Asian offices, in particular the German and Greater China offices. While maintaining close relationships with the Asian offices, Asia House additionally has an advisory board of European partners from the Swiss, Benelux, French, and Scandinavian offices.
